What about really sensitive data? We don’t collect any “sensitive data” about you (like racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious/philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, heath data, data about your sexual orientation, and offenses or alleged offenses) except when we have your specific consent or when we have to comply with the law. Has your general contractor/installer ordered something from us for you? You have rights too!
If someone else has ordered our products for you and you wish to exercise your rights, you can contact us at info@lanaehome.com, and we will pass the request on to our customer (i.e., the person or business who ordered on your behalf). We will of course reasonably assist in their compliance with a lawful request. Please provide their name and, if possible, email address.
How secure is the data we collect?

If you’ve been a Lanae Home a customer (i.e., you’ve purchased a product or service from us, including the free design template), we will delete your personal data from our systems no later than seven (7) years after you stop being a Lanae Home customer. We keep the information in this time in case there are any legal claims relating to your time as a customer.
If you haven’t purchased any product or service from us, but you’ve either used our Site, submitted your information to us, or we’ve contacted you about our products and services, we will delete your personal data from our systems no later than two (2) years from the last time you used Lanae Home, created an account with us, or were contacted by us (whichever is later).
