Promotions, Discounts & Pricing Terms

General

All promotions, discounts, coupon codes, special pricing, free shipping offers, Pro pricing, and other advertised offers displayed on Lanae Home's website, emails, advertisements, social media platforms, or any other marketing channels, including but not limited to Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and third-party websites, are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

By placing an order with Lanae Home, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Pricing and Promotions

All prices, discounts, promotions, and offers are subject to change without notice.

Promotions are not retroactive. Once an order has been placed, no new promotion, discount, coupon, special pricing, free shipping offer, or price reduction may be applied to that order.

Price changes occurring after an order is placed do not entitle a customer to a refund, credit, adjustment, or discount.

Promotion start dates, end dates, and advertised timeframes are estimates only and may be modified, extended, shortened, suspended, or terminated at any time without notice.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions and discounts may not be combined with any other offer, discount, coupon, Pro pricing, special pricing agreement, or promotion.

MSRP and Compare-At Pricing

Any MSRP, compare-at pricing, strike-through pricing, or savings claims displayed by Lanae Home are provided for comparison purposes only.

Additional discounts are applied against the current selling price shown on the website, not against any MSRP, compare-at price, or strike-through price.

The actual discount received by the customer is calculated from the current selling price at the time the order is placed.

Order Value Discounts

Any promotion based on order value is calculated using the merchandise subtotal before taxes, shipping charges, delivery fees, handling fees, or other charges.

To qualify, the order subtotal must meet or exceed the advertised threshold at the time the order is submitted.

If changes to an order reduce the qualifying subtotal below the promotional threshold, Lanae Home reserves the right to adjust or remove the discount.

Free Shipping Promotions

Free shipping promotions are subject to the same terms and limitations as other promotions.

Free shipping offers apply only to qualifying orders and locations as determined by Lanae Home.

Additional shipping surcharges, remote area fees, special handling fees, liftgate fees, residential delivery fees, appointment fees, expedited shipping fees, or other carrier-imposed charges may still apply unless specifically stated otherwise.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders reserve inventory for a future shipment date.

The pricing, discounts, promotions, and shipping offers applicable to a pre-order are determined at the time payment is received.

If a pre-order is paid in full, the pricing and discounts in effect at the time payment is received will apply to that order.

If payment is not received at the time the pre-order is placed, pricing, discounts, promotions, shipping offers, and qualification requirements may change before payment is received.

Quotes, estimates, draft orders, pre-orders, design proposals, and saved carts do not lock in pricing, discounts, promotions, or shipping offers unless payment has been received or otherwise expressly stated in writing by Lanae Home.

Lanae Home reserves the right to modify pricing, discounts, promotions, shipping offers, and qualification requirements at any time prior to payment.

Pro Program

Pro pricing and Pro discounts are available only to approved Lanae Home Pro customers. Eligibility is determined solely by Lanae Home and may require proof of business activity, industry participation, resale documentation, minimum annual purchase volumes, or other qualifications.

Continued participation in the Pro Program is intended for active industry professionals and may require maintaining minimum annual purchase volume requirements. Lanae Home reserves the right to review, modify, suspend, revoke, or terminate Pro account eligibility at its discretion.

Pro accounts, pricing, discounts, and program benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the approved account holder.

Pro pricing represents Lanae Home's highest available discount level and may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, coupon codes, sales, free shipping offers, special pricing agreements.

Different Pro discount levels may apply based on the value of an individual order. Qualification for discount levels is determined on a per-order basis using the merchandise subtotal before taxes, shipping charges, delivery fees, or other charges. Multiple orders may not be combined to qualify for a higher discount tier, and cumulative lifetime purchases do not qualify an order for a higher discount level unless expressly stated otherwise.

Pro discounts are not retroactive and may not be applied to previous orders, completed transactions, or purchases made before Pro Program approval.

Pro pricing, discount levels, qualification requirements, program benefits, and eligibility requirements may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time at Lanae Home's discretion without notice.

Errors and Omissions

Lanae Home reserves the right to correct any typographical errors, pricing errors, promotional errors, coupon errors, product information errors, or system errors.

Orders affected by such errors may be cancelled, adjusted, or modified at Lanae Home's discretion, even after an order has been submitted.

Abuse and Fraud Prevention

Lanae Home reserves the right to refuse, modify, revoke, or cancel any promotion, discount, coupon, Pro pricing, free shipping offer, or special pricing where fraud, abuse, misuse, system manipulation, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms & Conditions are suspected.

Limitation

Promotions and discounts have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, store credit, or refunds unless expressly required by law.

Promotions are void where prohibited by law.

Final Determination

In the event of a dispute regarding promotion eligibility, discount calculations, pricing, qualification requirements, or interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, Lanae Home's determination shall be final to the extent permitted by applicable law.
