Price Match Guarantee Terms and Conditions

This Price Match Guarantee applies to purchases made from Lanae, LLC (“Lanae,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through www.lanaehome.com (the “Site”). It is offered solely at our discretion and is subject to the terms below. This Price Match Guarantee is incorporated by reference into, and is subject to, our Terms and Conditions of Sale and our Limited Warranty and Return Policy; in the event of any conflict, our Terms and Conditions of Sale govern. This Price Match Guarantee does not apply to reseller or wholesale transactions.

Found a lower price online? We’ll match it.

If, before you place your order, you find a lower current price on an identical or comparable product from a qualifying online retailer, contact us and, if your request qualifies, we will match the competitor’s total delivered price on that item.

How It Works

  • Submit your price match request to info@lanaehome.com before you place your order. Requests are accepted on a pre-purchase basis only and cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed.

  • Include a valid, publicly accessible link to (or dated advertisement showing) the competitor’s product, seller, price, shipping cost, availability, and the date of the offer.

  • We will review your request and let you know whether it qualifies. If it does, we will apply the matched price to your order before you check out.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a price match, all of the following must be satisfied, as determined by Lanae in its sole discretion:

  1. Identical or comparable product. The competing product must be identical or comparable to the Lanae product in quality, construction, materials, features, and specifications, as determined solely by Lanae.

  2. Regular advertised price. The competitor’s price must be its regular advertised online selling price, not a promotional, temporary, or limited-time price.

  3. Online-to-online, total delivered basis. The comparison must be online-to-online and made on a total delivered basis (the competitor’s product price plus shipping, handling, assembly, and any other fees to your delivery address), compared against Lanae’s total delivered price. Because Lanae offers free shipping, we do not match in-store or local-pickup pricing, or any price that does not include comparable delivery to your address.

  4. Currently available and verifiable. The competing product must be currently in stock and available for immediate purchase and delivery to your address from a qualifying, authorized U.S.-based online retailer, and the offer must be verifiable by Lanae at the time of your request.

  5. Personal or household use. The request must relate to a product purchased for your own personal or household use, and not for resale.

Exclusions

The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to, and we may deny any request involving: promotional or sale pricing, coupon or discount codes, closeout, clearance, liquidation, going-out-of-business, or other limited-time pricing; rebates, financing or credit offers, bundled or package pricing, loyalty, membership, trade, or contract pricing, and auction or bidding sites; prices requiring sign-up, trade-in, or other conditions; marketplace or third-party seller listings (including, for example, Amazon Marketplace, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy, and Facebook Marketplace); unauthorized dealers or resellers; used, open-box, refurbished, damaged, scratch-and-dent, or non-original-condition goods; pricing errors, typographical errors, or offers that appear fraudulent, manipulated, or otherwise not bona fide; taxes, duties, and similar charges; Lanae’s own prior prices, promotions, or past purchases; and any comparison that, in Lanae’s sole judgment, is not a fair or appropriate comparison.

General Terms

Limit of one price match per product, per customer, and reasonable household and quantity limits apply. The Price Match Guarantee cannot be combined with other offers, coupons, or discounts, and is not a price-protection or future-refund program except as expressly stated in this Price Match Guarantee. Lanae determines in its sole discretion whether a product and offer are identical or comparable and whether a request qualifies, and all determinations are final. We may require additional verification and reserve the right to verify, deny, limit, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Price Match Guarantee or any request at any time without notice.
